Emily

Collie

Soprano

Emily began singing at a young age in church choirs in Worcestershire and continued throughout her school years, singing with a variety of ensembles including chapel and chamber choirs.  Her singing has taken her internationally, with performances in Malta, Prague and Barcelona, as well as closer to home at St Paul’s Cathedral and St George’s Chapel, Windsor.  She also took part in a number of Royal School of Church Music courses during her younger years, with opportunities to sing around the country, including Bath Abbey and York Minster.

Emily went on to study Politics at the University of Exeter, where she was a Choral Scholar, singing regularly in the Mary Harris Memorial Chapel and at Exeter Cathedral.

A keen musician as well as a singer, Emily studied music throughout school and holds Grade 8 in singing, piano and cello.

Having moved to Jersey five years ago, Emily is delighted to continue her lifelong passion for choral singing as a member of Jersey Chamber Choir.
